(1) The service temperature of rubber track is generally - 25 ~ + 55 ℃.
(2) The salt of chemicals, engine oil and sea water will accelerate the aging of the track. Clean the track after use in such an environment.
(3) The road surface with sharp protrusions (such as steel bars, stones, etc.) will cause rubber track trauma.
(4) The curb, rutting or uneven road surface of the road will cause cracks in the grounding side pattern of the track edge. This crack can continue to be used when it does not damage the steel cord.
(5) Gravel and gravel pavement will cause early wear of the rubber surface in contact with the load-bearing wheel and form small cracks. In case of serious water intrusion, resulting in core iron falling off and steel wire fracture.
