Because the belt lifting height of the wire rope bucket elevator is relatively high, especially the bucket elevator above 100 meters, the requirements for tension may be very high. Therefore, the tensile force we design for customers is generally above ST1000 to ensure customers' tear resistance and tensile strength. In addition to the inner tension galvanized steel wire rope, two layers of tear-resistant steel mesh are added to the outside of the conveyor belt. In this way, even if the height is not high, no matter how much material is added, its life cycle will not be affected.
